Please contact Mayte before booking to discuss your stage of pregnancy and any relevant considerations. Check with your maternity care professional if you have complications or are unsure whether massage is suitable for you.
Before the session, share your preferences and any relevant health information. Pressure and pace can be adjusted at any time. Sessions support wellbeing and do not replace medical care.
What to expect

Regular check-ins and adjustments for your comfort.
Talk to Mayte before reserving
A pregnancy massage should begin with a conversation, not simply a choice of pressure. Tell Mayte your stage of pregnancy, what would help you feel comfortable and any advice from your maternity care professional. Together you can discuss positioning and session length. Suitability needs to be considered individually before the appointment is confirmed.
A longer appointment is not automatically the right option. Consider how long you feel comfortable resting and whether you would prefer a shorter, focused session. Contact Mayte before selecting 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and tell her whenever your position or pressure needs adjusting.
A 60-minute booking can center on your main priorities. With 90 minutes, you can discuss a broader session with more time for selected areas. A 120-minute appointment offers a more unhurried pace. Longer does not mean stronger pressure: agree the focus and intensity with Mayte. The calendar shows the price for the treatment and duration you select.
Choose a studio visit or discuss a mobile appointment in Cádiz province. Before traveling, confirm the studio address directly with Mayte. For a home visit, share your town and preferred time so she can confirm practical arrangements. If you live around Naval Station Rota, choose an off-base location; Mayte cannot provide treatments inside the base.
